Barcelo Maya Palace Hotel Xpu Ha, Xpu Ha

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The beach was stunning and the kids loved the waterpark and kid's club, but I was disappointed with some aspects of the service, especially check-out. The staff truly went above and beyond, but the lack of organization at the front desk detracted from what could have been a perfect experience. Overall, a lovely vacation with some highlights and a few areas for improvement.
